I have paid for my product successfully where should I download my product?

Go to the user center on top right of our website enter your user ID (Registered email) and password, then login, click the button “visit user center”. You will see your order number and the download button. There you can download your products. Usually it will take 4 or more hours to process your order, if you meet the auth error, please log out and try again several hours later.

I have installed the exam on my home PC, could I still install it on my laptop?

Yes, you can. Each copy could be installed on 2 computers. But the authorization code is valid to active the test engine only once, if you want to download and install on the 2nd computers, you have to contact us by live-support to reset the code when you meet that error.

Could I get an invoice for my order?

You can print the invoice of your orders yourself from the user center on our website.

I have bought several exams from real-questions, and I want to buy another exam, could I get some premium?

real-questions provide discount for customers who buy more than 5 exams for the first time .We can also supply promotion code for customer who has already purchased a lot from us, which is also the discount for cutting down the price for you.

What is the superiority of real-questions products compared with other vendors?

Indeed there are many exams vendors in the market. The exams of other vendors maybe cheaper or with more questions, but you have to understand all of them hard and they can’t promise you how many of the questions would appear in the test. We are definitely sure that our test engines are all with the latest questions which cover all the knowledge points of the exam. We guess the main reason you failed is that you have not answered the Simulator questions or called Lab question correctly, and they value a lot of scores in some exams. Although we have offered some reference answer for Simulator questions, but the description of simulator questions will change in your real exam. You need to understand the simulator questions before you take real exam.We want to find the true reason of your failure in order to improve the quality of our exam. I can not activate my test engine/ the authorization codes shows error, what is the problem?

Please do not worry when you meet such problem. In fact our test engine authorization code is valid only once, so when you try to activate or download the exam for the second time you will meet authorization error. Please contact us and tell us your order number. We will reset the authorization code for you. In fact the authorization code will still remain the same, but we have reset it, so you can activate the exam.

What is the passing rate for those who purchase your products to prepare their exams? Besides questions and answers what else materials do you recommend to your customers for their exams?

Firstly real-questions promise customers that they can pass the exams for sure with its products. Just follow its requirement. The reason is that, all real-questions products are of the latest version and questions are all up to date.What’s more, real-questions questions have covered 100% knowledge points and at least 95% questions of the exam. So what you need to do with real-questions products is just master all of the questions and answers, that is enough for you to pass the exam. On the other side, we offer you 90 days free update, which is also a long enough time for you to prepare. So real-questions does not recommend you any other materials to prepare your exam, with the questions and answers in our exam, it is enough for you to pass the exam. However if you have referred to other study materials, that would be better.

When I study the questions with real-questions products I can not save the exam in the history, when I exit the program the history is deleted, why?

Yes, all real-questions products do not save history, you have to memorize all of the contents or go through the questions and answers once you study the exam. Otherwise you have to start from the beginning when you open the product next time.

I am at work, when I try to activate my exam I often meet authorization error, what is that problem?

Our products can not be activated behind firewall and proxy, so the reason may be that you are running the firewall and proxy when you are at work. So please try again when you are at home or try again after you close the firewall and proxy.

I have purchased your products in the past, now I notice that there is a new version of that exam on real-questions website. Can I update my exams to the latest version?

real-questions offer our customers 90 days free update, if you find the exam of your order has changed within 3 months since the day you purchased, you can update your exam. Just tell us your order number, we will reset the auth code for you and you can download the new version of that exam from the user center. If your order has been out of 90 days, then you should login the user center to extend the exam, you just need to pay 60% of the original exam price. Then you can download the new version. Generally we will notice our customers by email if there is any change to the exam which they have bought. If you have not received any notice then there is no change.

I cannot login at the user center, it shows that the user name or the password are not correct / I forget my password and cannot login. What should I do?

Please do not worry if you meet such trouble, we will change your password. Come to our livesupport or send your problem to us at support@real-questions.com, tell us your user name. Then we will reset the password for you. With the new password you can login successfully.

How long will I take to prepare the exam with real-questions products?

Since all our products are the latest version and all the questions are up to date which have covered at least 95% questions of the test. So what you need to do for passing the exam is just understand and master all of the studying material we provide. It depends on yourself how long you will take to prepare for the exam. If you have a good understanding of the Q&As, then a short time is enough, or you have to prepare for a long time.

real-questions will release the tickets system for the products soon, at that time, you can submit the questions to us in your user center, and we will arrange our technical team to answer it and response you within 48 hours.

What's your reward system?

  1. 1.In this Reward System, we reward the customers on base of points they get, and we regard one USD they consume on www.real-questions.com as one hundred points are accumulated, that is 1USD=100points.
  2. Points are obtained when purchasing products at www.real-questions.com. Every time you make a purchase, corresponding points will be added to your account.
  3. Points are also obtained by participating in the reward activities advocated by real-questions.
  4. Points are counted with the following conditions:
    • When those persons, whose User ID were registered before December 31st, 2007, place an order on this website, his points will be counted trebly; in this case, for example, if one purchases a $99.99 product, he will get $99.99=99.99*100*3 points=29997 points, and the like.
    • When those persons, whose User ID were registered between January 1st, 2008 and December 31st, 2008, place an order on this website, his points will be counted doubly; in this case, for example, if one purchases a $99.99 product, he will get $99.99=99.99*100*2 points=19998 points, and the like.
    • For those persons, who will register User ID between January 1st, 2009 and March 31st, 2009 and place an order during this period, his points also will be counted doubly; in this case, for example, if one purchases a $99.99 product, he will get $99.99=99.99*100*2 points=19998 points, and the like.
    • From April 1st, 2009, all the persons, whose User ID are registered from January 1st, 2009, place an order on this website, his points will only be counted normally; in this case, for example, if one purchases a $99.99 product, he will get $99.99=99.99*100 points=9999 points, and the like.
  5. Points will be valid for one year. Points would be cleared ZERO if, within a year, no new purchases are made via the same user ID. Points’ validity will be extended correspondingly when, within a year, new orders are purchased.
  6. Points of different user ID will be recorded separately, even if they are owned by the same customer.
  7. Every time you make an exchange, corresponding points will be deleted from your accounts.
  8. Exchange Steps:
    • Promotion Code: A promotion code will be generated after you click exchange. It will also be sent to your email in case you forget it. The promotion code can only be used for one time.
    • Virtual Products: An order will be made after you click exchange. Please send your Order Number to support@real-questions.com. Wait for about three hours and you will be able to download your products.
    • Actual Items: After you click exchange, you will need to fill in a form of your detailed address. It will take about 15 to 30 days for your items to reach you.
  9. real-questions reserves the rights, when there is no special notice, to perform any change on above or any other any other terms and conditions associated with real-questions, or any aspect of your memberships. Then, you continue to use the site is deemed to have accepted the change.
